Details of our Guernsey Process Serving Fees
At KJH we provide a fully inclusive Process Serving Service in Guernsey for £295 + VAT, this fee will include up to three visits if needed, all mileage, recorded postage fees, and all hours spent on the job and in the office preparing the statements or certificates of service.
Please note, that if an affidavit is required, this can incur a fee of between £200-£250 + vat depending on the fee charged in Guernsey for the swear. Though we will try and give you a better idea of the cost once we have an instruction to serve.
We will not add on any “Hidden Fees” the price stated is the price paid.
Do You Require A Process Server In Guernsey?
We have over the years sourced the best Process Servers (in our opinion) in most, if not all the postcodes in the UK, this gives the Process Server dealing with the task local knowledge of the area.
We will attempt service as soon as our agent receives the documents. All documents will be posted by recorded or special delivery, this gives us and you confirmation that the documents have been received.
Our agents will also attempt service at times we feel the subject will be at home, we will not waste time making visits during the day when the subject is probably at work, we will make visits in the evenings, mornings and at weekends.
